Excursion itinerary:

​1- The adventure begins in Bayahíbe, a tourist town founded by fishermen that has now become a beach paradise.

​

2- We depart on a catamaran towards the Caribbean Sea and enjoy 1.5 hours of navigation, entertainment and Dominican paradise until we reach Isla Saona.

​

3- On the left side in the direction of travel you will see Dominicus beach, where the most popular hotels on the south coast of the Dominican Republic are located, in the tourist area of La Romana and Bayahibe.


4- Further on is the Catuano Channel, which separates the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, the Hispaniola and Saona Islands. Surrounded mainly by coconut palms and mangroves, extensive beaches with crystal clear and calm waters, this small but beautiful island is nothing less than a tropical paradise that every visitor to the Dominican Republic desires.

 

5- The total area of ​​Saona Island is 110 square kilometers. About 500 people live on the island. These are mainly fishing families, beach and kitchen staff. You can stay at Mano Juan. To do this, you will need to spend the night on the island of Saona.

6 On the Costa Romántica catamaran we arrive at Abanico beach on Isla Saona.

You can visit some of the most picturesque beaches that are located nearby. And see interesting palm trees in any position.


7- There is no electricity on Saona Island, we will cook you an amazing dinner on an open fire, without adding oil.

Catalina Island + Snorkel 45 USD

​

The first activity as part of the tours is to go to the Snorkel site or La Pared, as it is commonly known, this Snorkel area has the most interesting coral reef on the entire Island, with the greatest variety of living corals, fish, crustaceans , among other marine species.

Once the Snorkel is finished we continue our journey until we reach Catalina Island, its crystal clear waters and white sands await us, on a cozy beach, where you can enjoy your surroundings, we will enjoy a delicious typical Dominican lunch, drinks.
